Kuhusu 22Football

22Football is a fictional demonstration project: a fully production-ready football news portal built to showcase modern web engineering — Next.js server-side rendering, an ISR content pipeline, a MySQL database, and a design system inspired by the visual language of sports media.

The site is football-only and mirrors the information architecture of a typical football news portal: a breaking-news ticker, competition hubs (English Premier League, Champions League, national teams, football news), match reports and analysis, tag archives, and a live match centre. All content is original and written for this project.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mozzart, 22Bet or any real betting operator. Any resemblance in layout is architectural and functional, not a claim of association.

How it is built

• Framework: Next.js 15 (App Router) with React Server Components — content is rendered server-side, cached with ISR, and hydrated with minimal client JavaScript.
• Data: MySQL 8 with Prisma ORM. Full migration history and a seed script with realistic sample content.
• Design: Tailwind CSS with a tokenised theme built from the 22Bet brand palette (dark teal #00585F, teal #068F9A, red #FF4848 / #C72828).
• SEO: semantic HTML, per-page metadata, JSON-LD structured data, sitemap and robots.txt, self-hosted fonts and images.
